This key leadership position plays a critical role in overseeing various aspects of the organization's operations to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Successful candidates will have proven experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations or social services agencies.

People and Culture Manager
This part-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective integration, training, and professional development of staff and interns at Sunrise. This role collaborates with the Thriving People Team to deliver structured onboarding, conduct training sessions, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support to staff and interns. The Manager will also oversee compliance with attendance and performance expectations and conduct regular site visits and one-on-one check-ins to ensure the success of these team members within the organization. Additionally, this role is responsible for screening applicants, interviewing, and hiring all PRN staff and interns to ensure the best fit for Sunrise's mission and operational needs.

Housing Case Manager (RRH)
This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting individuals within the Rapid Rehousing program by facilitating their transition to stable housing. This position leads post-referral navigation efforts, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to connect clients with appropriate housing opportunities. The Case Manager conducts assessments to identify each clientโs unique needs, develops individualized housing plans, and provides ongoing support to address barriers such as financial constraints, employment challenges, and social support needs. Managing a caseload of up to 15 clients, this role ensures coordinated service delivery and strategic case management.

Housing Case Manager (PSH)
This part-time position at Sunrise is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, including assisting clients in securing permanent housing and managing their housing vouchers. The role requires strong skills in navigating information systems, working with diverse populations, and maintaining detailed documentation in the HMIS database. Bilingual candidates and those with a background in social work, particularly with supervisory experience, are strongly preferred.

Wellness Case Manager
This part time position serves as the remote hotline coordinator and client advocate, providing medium-touch case management focused on assessing client needs and facilitating connections with partner agencies for wellness comprehensive care. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuity of care, rather than intensive case management or maintaining a caseload, allowing clients to access the services and resources through benefits application, coordinated assessments, and treatment goal development while acting as a liaison between Sunrise teams, external partners and healthcare systems to ensure effective service delivery for high-acuity and regular clients alike.

Client Services Specialist
This part-time role plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of all food-related services at the Sunrise Hub. This position oversees food service logistics, volunteer coordination, inventory management, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The Coordinator works closely with volunteers, staff, and community partners to ensure meal service operations run smoothly, supporting the organizationโs mission to serve the community. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities in mailroom support and community engagement efforts.

PRN Screener
This part-time position is responsible for inputting accurate and timely data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and serving clients with compassion and efficiency while ensuring all interactions are documented and that data integrity is maintained. This flexible role involves working across multiple teams including the Sunrise Hub day center, Sunrise Mobile and Shelter outreach teams, and Sunrise Hotline call center.
Sunrise Internships
Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center offers internships for students pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Social Work, Marketing, Communication, and Non-Profit Management degrees.
