This part-time position works with our partner shelter organization to complete housing navigation tasks, including but not limited to completion of coordinated assessments, service transactions, diversion/rapid exit, shelter intake, benefits application, assisting clients and shelter staff in navigating housing referrals to community partners. Triage, assess, and navigate people experiencing homelessness who live in the Marshaling Yard shelter as part of the intake process and also assist in interfacing with clients through outreach referrals as needed by shelter partner organization.
