Accounting Specialist
This part-time, contract position at Sunrise will support accounts receivable, prepare bi-weekly payroll for 60+ employees, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in payroll software (Rippling), and effective collaboration within the organization.

Digital Specialist
This part-time position is responsible for supporting the implementation of Sunrise’s digital access initiative. Reporting directly to the Digital Connector, this part-time role assists in managing digital access resources, delivering one-on-one digital skills coaching, and maintaining a welcoming and secure computer lab environment. By contributing to the initiative, the Digital Specialist plays a vital role in empowering low-income households in Travis County to enhance their digital literacy and access.

PRN Screener
This part-time position is responsible for inputting accurate and timely data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and serving clients with compassion and efficiency while ensuring all interactions are documented and that data integrity is maintained. This flexible role involves working across multiple teams including the Sunrise Hub day center, Sunrise Mobile and Shelter outreach teams, and Sunrise Hotline call center.
Sunrise Internships
Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center offers internships for students pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Social Work, Marketing, Communication, and Non-Profit Management degrees. We currently partner with Texas State University, The Steve Hicks School of Social Work at the University of Texas Austin, St. Edward’s University, Baylor University, and more!
