Community Health Paramedics promptly evaluated Romeo's foot while Sunrise ensured his prescriptions were arranged.
But Romeo’s journey didn't stop there. During his assessment, it was discovered that Romeo had family in San Antonio.
Through Sunrise’s diversion program, Elaina purchased him a bus ticket, paving the way for healing and housing.
